[Resolved]  Club Factory — online order cancellation

I want to cancel my order. My order number is so74811301. 2 (A swimwear and a ring) items were ordered around dec 11. I tried cancelling through the app but was unsuccessful although the items have not been shipped. The customer care is taking forever to reply to my chats. The orders were placed by mistake and i am no longer interested in continuing with the purchase. I sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to the company. Please help me resolve this problem. I shall be highly obliged.
