Club Factory — order cancellation and refund.

My order number is s[protected]. I have not received my order yet. I had to receive it by oct 10th.

I want my money back. I had called the customer care and they registered a complaint (Complaint number 548329) they asked me to wait for two days and i almost waited for 2 weeks and still there is no update.

Please cancel the order and refund my money back.
