Club Factory — order cancelled and not refunding

This is swati mishra from delhi ncr, i have ordered 3 items for the first time from the club factory i was waiting for my product for the 1 week after that when i contacted to your employee they told me that my order has been cancelled from their side and i was not informed about that cancellation and now they are refusing to refund my money and when i asked for my refund they are taking all my credit card details for their verification.
Let me know is this way you deal with your customers they are talking very badly and told that now you will not get your money back.
