I have an unresolved issue. I ordered a size 7 pair of shoes and was sent a size 6
Size 6 = 39
size 7 = 40
I have been messaging to simply ask for the correct size and a returns label, so we can resolve the situation and even taken lots of pictures to help, but you think it's ok for you to offer me a dollar refund and keep the shoes??? It's an absolute disgrace.
How can you run a business if you don't follow through fair procedures?
I shop online alot and have NEVER had this problem ever.
