[Resolved] Club Factory — order get cancelled and unable to use refund amount

Ordered an item. Everything was going well then i opened the app and saw that my order has been cancelled by club factory itself. Also it is showing that the money has been refunded to me but when I try to use that amount to purchase, it is asking me to enter my payment option. If you have my money than why should again use my money to purchase.

Now I am requesting you give my refund as soon as possible.

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, we have a bug concerning payment option, it will be fixed very soon and then you can use the balance to order. Sorry for the trouble.
