I had placed an order on the 14th of August, i have as well received a confirmation on the same .
On the 17th of August i have received another confirmation that the order is being processed .
Today that is the 31st august when i tried to reach out to their customer care executive he tells me that the order has been cancelled as it is out of stock .
firstly when i purchased the item i have not received any notification of the product being out of stock !! then how can that product even be up on the website .
secondly if it was out of stock how would i get a message about the product being processed.
Thirdly i have not received any information about a cancellation of the order !!
All that the executive confirmed is that the money has been refunded and i had to place the order again .why would i intend to place the order again if this is what is at the receiving end .
If they dint have the product why was it up on the website .
What sort of responsibility do you guys owe a customer if you guys decide to cancel the order and not inform the customer at all. I have received nothing from your end at all.
This was one of the worst experiences compared to any other shopping portal.The only clarification or excuse they made out of it was it was a technical glitch !
