[Resolved] Club Factory — order has not delivered yet

I ordered a ring before a long period of time and i recieved a message in which it was stated that my order has been dispatched and it will arrived within three days but three days has been passed and the exact date of delivering my order has also pass but still i did not got my order and i cannot contact any customer care i tried all help lines...
