Club Factory — order id: so54442824 refund id: sor354687 not able to use my club factory balance for next order | |||
It was my first order and its the worst experience. I placed an order and on next day i cancelled it. After few days money got credited in my club factory balance. But when i tried to withdraw it, it doesn't allow me to enter decimal digits. And hence i decide to use my club factory balance for next order... Then i select the product and at the time of payment i didn't see any option to select existing balance... Either refund my full amount to my bank account or tell me how yo use existing balance... With due regret I wish to inform you that I placed an order to purchase a kids toothbrush but when I opened the packet, the brush was not there. I have sent a vedio of the same. Please look into the matter and honestly send my product as soon as possible so that I can remain your loyal customer in future. Thank you.

I've received this order but its not showing ' Delivered' on website but as per courier partner the order has been 'delivered'.. Also, i'm not able to find RETURN button or process on this website.. Kindly get this done or help me with this item return process ..
