I want to return my order. But I can't found my order in club factory.
I order ref.No. S[protected] dated: 21.03.2019
in cornier product was misplaced and the person was not rescinding.
I called many times in customer care they simply said wait for 3 days many times called same reply
kindly refund the amount with interest

The product i got was completely different from the photo i saw on the site .the brooch i got has defect in not properly made .Tie is very very thick .
My order from Club Factory is automatically cancelled after weeks of waiting and after 1 weeks i got a SMS from them regarding the non availability of the product and the amount has been refunded. But when i check my account status nothing has been deposit or refunded... Please club factory i want my refund
I ordered a top from club factory saying that is long full sleeves .. but the product i got is half sleeves and it is not long and the quality is not up to mark.. i need my money back... i cant log into the app
