Club Factory — order in customs from 13 days

My order SO[protected] is still in customs from 28 august..i ordered a tshirt and it is struck in the customs from about 13 days...app says it only takes 2-3 days but it has been long time and tracking information is not updating...when will it be delivered?
order was placed on 22 august..
still not delivered?how long it wil take to deliver now?
