[Resolved]  Club Factory — order is getting rescheduled

Hi,
I have order some products on 5th March but still did not get my products. Order number is So14697548 and tracking number is[protected]. I am getting an updates in my account from your side and my products are getting rescheduled. I was trying to reach your customer care and talked to someone. As he said my order has been cancelled but I am not satisfied with his answers. Please update me status of my product ASAP.
