[Resolved] Club Factory — order isn't received still website claims it to be delivered | |
My club factory order with number so[protected] was ordered on 25th june'19. It reached customs clearance on 2nd july and it has been stuck there since that. I have contacted multiple times with their customer care but no solid help was offered. Now the website shows the order delivered. I haven't received a single product from that order. And it was prepaid. And there's no way i can request a refund.

We are continuously working with the customs department and trying hard to get the orders cleared at the earliest. As for the latest information from the related department, your order status will be updated in about 3 working days. We appreciate your patience in this regards and your cooperation till the time we get this issue fixed. Sorry again for the inconvenience caused. | |
