I placed an order for some jewellery with order ID SO30052101.Order worth is 224.79 Rs.The order has not been delivered yet and still the status shows as delivered. There are no options to track the package or event file a complaint. The order has been paid for already hence company seems to think that they can get away with the money. Moreover the app keeps redirecting to the home page when trying to contact the support centre. Its an utterly stupid app and will never order anything again.i just want my stuff abd if not that, then a complete refund.Kindly revert as soon as possible.
