[Resolved]  Club Factory — order no - so14468498.. torned dress, squeezed bag, large dress under s size, black mark on the heels

I got a dress today morning order no. So14468498 and i was upset because one dress was torn and the handbag was in bad shape as it was squeezed, my apricot color heels had black marks on it.. I dont know why such quality product was given. I ordered a small dress and it came in a very big size.
I wanted to do te refund and i talked to the customer care "mr. Vishal chandala club" and after seeing the pictures he said.. We saw the pictures and tgey all are good. Is the customer service blind. Cant see a picture of the dress on which i have stuck my finger out showing the dress is torn.
They said i will have to bare shipping charge.. But club factory says if its their fault and error, they compensate some amount of the shipping charge.

I am very upset, seeing the customer care response. How dare them to question a customer's integrity, beside i have send the pictures.
I have uploaded the piks here. The dress which has size issues.. I couldnt even try it as it was very big and few things like sandles color on pik and reality are different.. These all issues i understand..
But when dress is torn and cases like this.. You guys should check what quality you are providing

Dear Customer, sincerely sorry for the issue, if you insist to return, we only bare shipping charge for the defective dress, for shoe and bag, if you return you need to bare the shipping fees..

wow why would I Re-star 5, you guys provide me bad products i have spend INR 4000+ on the products and you want to compensate me with $4. kindly keep that money with you. all I ask is the product is damaged and according to your Rules, if the product is damaged or an error is there from clun factory end the shipping charge is paid by you.
Do this and will definitely rate it 5 for listening to the customers.
and listen to what customer has to say and than provide solution, damaged bad, heels with black mark, oversize dress and a torn dress is not what i asked for
