I have ordered product from club factory with order id so15862809
Its been a week and still not received any update.
I have called many local customer care no.
Eg. [protected], [protected],
[protected],
All said that ordered is cancelled and you will get refund but when i ask about my product details all have no answer and rather they ask about my card number and cvv.

It appeared to me a fraud transaction.
Can anyone take an action else has to raise some serious action as to stop others from buying from club factory site/app

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, your order has been shipped and arrived in Delhi custom, so please kindly wait for 6-7 days and you will receive it.
Do not trust any numbers from other sites, and noted that club factory never asks personal bank information from the customers. Thanks.
