1) Order number: SO26765625 2) Issue: I wish to return the garment purchased as the size is not correct. I have been in conversation with your chat room in India for over a month and they refuse to resolve the issue. The standard reply is "we are looking into it". Club Factory customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 04, 2018 Updated by Vidhya Mahadevan Pradeep My order no SO27523170. I had ordered 2 items but only one was delivered. I had received a message from you on june 29 stating that the itwm is no longer available and the amount paid in advance will be refunded. As you can see it is more than a month and each time i am fobbed off with "we are looking into it". In both the above orders, my money is stuck with you guys and there seems to be no progress, making me doubt your intention to make the refund. Please look into this matter on priority and resolve the same asap.
