Club Factory — order not delivered, customer care not responding

I had placed my order on June 18. 2019 and I was supposed to receive my package by 5 July 2019. But unfortunately, I have not received my order yet. I have been mailing the customer service but I am not getting any response from their side. I have already paid for my order.
The tracking information shows that order it at custom clearance since 26 June 2019. There is no update on this after that.
I kindly request the Club Factory to either cancel my order and initiate a refund or deliver the order as soon as possible.

We are sincerely sorry to inform you that the custom inspection took a little long, hence there will be a delay in delivering your order. We are continuously working with the customs department and trying hard to get the orders cleared at the earliest. As for the latest information from the related department, your order status will be updated in about 3 working days. We appreciate your patience in this regards and your cooperation till the time we get this issue fixed. Sorry again for the inconvenience caused.

Dear Sir,

As per your response on 16 July, in 3 days you were supposed to update us with the order status but unfortunately, there is no update from your side. The only change that I see in the Club factory app is that the order status can be seen under "Delivered" heading instead of "Shipped" heading which is again a case of misguidance. This is not at all acceptable.
In case you are facing some issue in custom clearance, please cancel the order and refund the money that has been already paid since you cannot give any assurance of the delivery date.

Hello, my order number is SO[protected] I have ordered a handbag on 17 June'19. when I track my order in the app its showing order is in customs clearance since 21 June '19. and no further information is getting updated in the app after 4 July'19. can you please help to track my order, or whether its to be delivered or not.
Sorry for the convenience. Due to my personal reasons i m not able to accept the order.But for sure next time i would love to order from club factory. So kindly please cancel my order.My order no is SO[protected]. Make sure you cancel my order.
