I have ordered for some products via the above order number: so11016164 even the tracking no. Not updated in the application is incorrect. I have inquired with gati and they confirmed that this tracking no. Is invalid. I have been writing mails after mails but not getting any kind of response. Is it a kind of fake online shopping application where you guys are cheating on public and taking their money? Kindly refund my money & in app it not showing the order placed. I have ordered some clothes from club factory app but I haven't received the items yet. The order number is SO9611807 and the tracking number is[protected]. I have contacted the customer care (Gati) given in the Club Factory App but they said the tracking number is invalid. It seems everything is fake about the club factory.

I haven't received the refund amount for my order but the status of the order shows refunded ! The money wasn't debited to my bank account
