Club Factory — order not received from long time

I have not received my order till now. I have also complain on customer care number ([protected]) but they asked my credit card number for confirmation, once i have refused to provide the number then he told me that then you will not get the order. Its seems like fraud site my order number is so9435498 and estimate delivery date which is showing on app is 12 dec.
