Club Factory — order not received / is it fraud?

SO[protected] . I have ordered it a month ago still not recieved. Customer care too don’t have answer. The are also not giving me response about it delaying it by saying they will contact me next day. They will contact me after 4 days etc etc.. Is it a fraud or something else I am totally confused. Sep 22, 2019 Updated by Saugaat I have complaint thousands of time regarding this the are always saying the will be giving my case forward and will be talking after 2-3 days. Its now more than month Sep 22, 2019 Updated by Saugaat And after lots of complaints they gave a ticket number #419570 so that I can track my complaint but of my complaint also you are not giving response
