Club Factory — order not received refund not given

Order no so[protected]. I have not received my order for a month now. Spoke to the customer care so many times. They say they delivered the order to another address and not getting the order is my problem and so many excuses. They are not even providing the refund of my order. The customer care helpline is not helpful at all. On calling the courier service several times they also give us the same explanation. We neither have the order nor the refund. And the worst customer service. Kindly help me
