[Resolved] Club Factory — order not received since month

Placed one order on 3rd feb - so13371929.

Havent recieved product when edd was 21sr feb. Contacted support team million times. Every time they give new excuse. Sometimes they say its not picked by courier partner; sometimes custom issues. Now they are not even replying. Screenshot attached.

Can you please update order status asap because i have already decided to go to consumer court as my father is a lawyer?

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, sorry for the delay during the shipment, your order is currently in Delhi custom, waiting for being cleared. Please kindly wait for 5-7 days, and you will soon receive it after clearance and picked by the local courier.

Updated by Swati Gourav Gupta Why is it stuck in Delhi Customs? Its more than 15 days that products are not delivered since delivery date. I havent received 100 Rs yet. Also, either I want full order or full money!!!

No question of changing rating until I get proper response
