[Resolved] Club Factory — order so75878570 is not yet deliver

I had placed an order on a december 14
And today is january 14. Until now i haven’t received my order and no information on where is the order and it’s wherabouts.
This is not acceptable behaviour.

I had made an attempt to contact customer service twice. They just say wait for more 48 hours and order will be delivered.
Nothing concrete action is taken.

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, sorry for the issue, I have contacted our courier, it was probably lost. We have issued full refund to your APP account balance.
