Club Factory — order stuck in clearance from last 15 days

I ordered from club factory on 18 aug, 2019.
It went under custom clearance on 26 aug, 2019

Estimated delivery date was 4 sep, 19 but yet my order is not arrived and its still under clearnce

I even talked to customer support via chat, phone and email.. All said to wait for the order but now it has already been near 20 days
So please either deliver my order or initiate my refund in my bank account as soon as possible
