[Resolved] Club Factory — order stuck in customs for a long time

This complaint is regarding the issues of the customs. My order had been placed on the 16th of june and it was supposed to be delivered by the 2nd of july, but ever since my order has reached the customs, which was on the 25th of june it hasn't moved out of that spot untill now. We are continuously working with the customs department and trying hard to get the orders cleared at the earliest. As for the latest information from the related department, your order status will be updated in about 3 working days. We appreciate your patience in this regards and your cooperation till the time we get this issue fixed. Sorry again for the inconvenience caused.

I've been ordering some products worth more than 5000 from club factory with order no. SO[protected] on June 24, 2019, the expected delivery was 12 july 2019 my parcel is with custom clearance for more than half a month from 8 July 2019. I want a speedy shipment of my product at the earilist or refund my money in my account. Please I need help

Ok so it's been 10 days since I posted my complaint and still my order hasn't been delivered nor has the status updated
Like for exactly how long do you expect me to wait? I never expected this from club factory. I'm unhappy with the service and I will henceforth refrain from ordering anything from it.
