I have placed an order on club factory on 4th of september and the estimated delivery date was 22nd september which is not yet delivered and the status says that it is held in custom due to edi. I have contacted gati many times but they told me that they will reach out to me once the package is cleared from custom. I need my package as soon as possible. I have ordered products from club factory on 4th September 2017 and delivery date was on 22nd September 2017 and yet order is not received. They already take more than 20 days for delivery and after than too product is not received til date.
