[Resolved] Club Factory — ordered a shirt didn't receive order number | |
Hlo i ordered a shirt on 17th january 2019, i paid for it and then the app started showing some kind of error... Money has been deducted from my account but i didn't get any order number or any order confirmation email... When i inquired about it on your customer care services they said they didn't receive any order... But money has been deducted from my account.. Plzz resolve this issue.. I haven't received my order though app is showing delivered to me order no SO83097947 I have already paid for that and I want my refund . I contacted customer care service but getting only assurance please help me order was placed on 8th jan 2019 and has been delivered to someone on 15th jan tracking no is[protected]
