Club Factory — ordered slip cover - sofa cover along with kids shower cap

I ordered a slip sofa cover and a shower cap on dec-4th. I had made the full payment if rs.1178. Expected delivery time was 2 weeks. Its been almost 24 days, and stilll the app has no clue and says it's not shipped.
Also shows the delivery date as 22dec 2019, but today is 27th dec 2019.
I want to cancel the order, but the app shows no way for it.
This is too bad, if they cannot give the right status they have to give an option to cancel.
