Club Factory — orders cancelled without information and no refund of one order for more than a month

I gagandeep wish to bring this into light that club factory has cancelled my two orders for more than a month they were in customs clearance now they are cancelled

The order id of the orders which are cancelled
And one order is still in refund process for more than a month have contacted customer care for the same they used to say it will be refunded and still hasn't been
The order id is so[protected]
Please look into this matter
