Club Factory — payment are done but showing product is not ordered

I ordered a watch all process is done payment also after i feel the otp. I got a message from my bank that payment is done but in my order shows that payment failed try again maybe your card information is wrong.. If really info is wrong then how i am getting an otp or an amount withdrawn from my account. Please gave my order or return my money in my account
