Club Factory — payment declined but money debited

Club factory has taken money from us on the basis of order made. The money was debited from my account as it is showing but the few minutes later only, the mail appears from club factory showing that my payment is failed but how can it be failed when it is showing that my payment is debited from my account. I want my money back from this fake company otherwise i'll go to customer court.
