[Resolved] Club Factory — payment failure

Hello, i placed an order two weeks ago and when i tried to place another one a failure message comes up with the legend "payment failure", i already tried with 2 credit cards, debit card, pay pal, trying to buy through the web site, from another smartphone, re-installing the app, from another account and none of them worked.
