Club Factory — payment is done, but in the app it is showing status as unpaid

I have done the payment for the order number SO[protected] through gpay upi.
Money is also deducted from my account.But in the orders list in the club factory app, it is showing that the status of order is unpaid.Now I want to cancel the order.How to cancel it when the status is unpaid.I want my money back.i have attached the required screenshots below.
