Club Factory — payment receipt

Today i place an order westchic royal blue printed (V-neck) velvat l size, order no. So[protected] @499 i used to pay online transfer money successfully but didn't get any receipt from club factory while i got my online transaction msg from the bank but still in order details it is asking for pay now. And i also didn't get any order placement confirmation message from the club factory
This is very disappointing for me
I want my money back. I'm very pissed off with this app
