Club Factory — prepaid order got cancelled and product undelivered | |
I have ordered earings on 29july which were scheduled to be delivered on 14 aug (After 15 days). On 14 aug i got message that product is not delivered as order cancelled which was a pre paid order. I wonder which sane person cancel the order after paying. From 14-aug i am continuously following up with the club factory people and their delivery partner-ecom (Which i dont understand why i have to liaise with them as its club factory responsibility) and everybody is saying the same thing that we are working on your request on high priority. I dont think club factory people are aware about the term "high priority". Highly unprofessional behaviour from the staff and pathetic service provided by this website. I recommend never use this site for any shopping as these guys are fraud. Was this information helpful? | |
