Club Factory — prepaid order shipped but not delivered

I ordered a product on 30th November 2019. I paid for it through debit card. It was expected to be delivered on 8th December2019 but i have not received it yet. Since 2December 2019 the updates have also been stopped. I have tried to contact club factory through mail and phone but no one responded yet. I contacted the courier service they replied that they have not received the package from clubfactory yet. My order number is SO[protected].
Kindly expedite the process. Let me know the status.
