Club Factory — problem in returning guest order

Hello,
My guest order id is so[protected]. I am failing to return the order as the club factory app is asking me to sign up from new user account which in itself is irrational. Even when i am doing that it is taking me to the same page i. E. My id. I just could not apply for return.

Please, look into the matter asap as there are less days to return the product.
