[Resolved]  Club Factory — product a black tie and a brooch details

The product i got was completely different from the photo i saw on the site. The brooch i got has defect in not properly made. Tie is very very thick.
My order id is so[protected]. I placed this order as a guest user but now i am not able to return it from any log in account. While doing from app it is always asking for sign in, from a signed in app. I called the customer care according to them chatting with the customer care on chat option provide in the app will help but unfortunately i did not get any reply.

Kindly help.

Hey clubfactory i have used my phone num to login to clubfactory and i have a balance of Rs.2000. But now someone else is using my phone num. Do something. Please keep email login option coz i cant access my phone num now
there also it asking me to sign up .which i am doing but not able to.even with a log in acct i m unable to do it.
