[Resolved] Club Factory — product is not delivered and money is not refunded

Club Factory is a E commerce website which take away your hard earn money and doesn't delivery product as they don't have any contact number it's really hard to talk to them.There is an chat system which is not mentioned as database because you raise a concern over there and every time random people come and give me same answer on which you already said that solution is not working. It's been more than 10 days i am talking to them to delivery my product but still my product doesn't seem to get delivery and i feel like i have donated my hard earn money to this fake website. My order number is - S[protected]. I have raised this concern earlier also but no action was taken neither from Club factory nor Consumer Complaints. in fact my account was deleted.

Sorry for the trouble. It seems that there is something wrong with the delivery. We have sent emails to the courier to let them deliver the order again. Updated by Smridu04 I am Sorry to tell you that I am talking with your App Support Chat from more than 10 days and I didn't find it helping. Random People give random reply.They are not for help honest Reply from me.
I have really very disappointment on that.
