Club Factory — product is stuck at the indian costumes for last 4 days but no one is their to pick my order

I order my jacket on 30 october 2017
And my order reached india on the next 4th day but after that is stucked at the costum department and not get picked up by anyone and the tracking no. They have provided me not working for tracking with gati because the gati costumer care adviser ask me for the 9 digit tracking no. And i am very worry about it
