Club Factory — product not delivered after 2 months

Have ordered two orders and paid at the time of order. It's been more than one and half month, but i'm yet to receive the order. I never received any call from any delivery guy and no phone chat or email is working. Worst service. Will never buy again and will tell others not to buy any product from this # club factory.
