[Resolved] Club Factory — product not delivered as payment done already | |
I have ordered some products on 10 th of april. It was asking for online payment so i did it and then placed order after a long time but product not yet delivered. After more than month and after taking continuous follow up no response from customer care of club factory team. And there is no proper responce and update from company i would mention the complaint no over here for further details so16901807 kindly resolve my issue asap. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support May 10, 2018 Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, Sorry for the delay. We have made 100 Rs. compensation for the delay. The order is in custom clearance now. After that, the local courier will pick up and deliver it to you in 5-12 days. Thanks for your patience. After the problem is solved, please give us a 5-star comment here.
