[Resolved] Club Factory — product not delivered as per instructions | |
S[protected] is my product i'd. I ordered two products which was never attempted for delivery. I mentioned on the chat customer care about the alternative number to call and also then time to call before 1 pm but nothing happened and then when i called customer care a representative advised me to call delivery team. I did the same and was informed by delivery team that only merchant can re arrange to order the product again. I clearly mentioned that the two of the product in my order was costing me 583 as one i earned through flash sale for free and main product was for 583 which is costing 597 now. Why would i pay extra to get the same product which did not deliver due to the company failure. A manager refuses to log complaint and connect to his senior. This is pathetic. I am talking this to social site now

For flash sale items, we have issued USD 2 as a compensation to your APP account balance. Sincerely sorry for the trouble caused by our courier.
