Club Factory — product not delivered properly, and unable to refund it. | |||
Hello, This complaint is regarding order no: so[protected]. (Elastic long sleeves payjama suit) I have ordered this product from club factory. The product was delivered wrong. Pant size is different than shirt size. Now i am trying to do refund from app, it's showing that this item is not refundable. If it's not my mistake why should i keep it with me? I am unable to wear pant. And the main problem is, pant's size tag is not available it may be intentionally cut by manufacturers. If you deliver any faulty and cheap product how could we keep with us? It is costly too, so i can't afford to put it in dustbin. I am trying to call customer care from last 5 days. But customer care is always busy unable to talk with them. I send mail but there is no reply to mail also. Similarly i have one more complaints order no: so[protected]. The estimated time to delivered this product was 29th aug 2019. Now 4 days has been passed still i have not received the product. So i want to cancel this order as i am moving away from my home and unable to receive it. But club factory app is not having any facility to cancel and refund button will be activated after delivery.
