Club Factory — product not received after payment and repeated mail with company

I have purchased some items online from club factory on 19th june 2019. I have done the payment of rs 938 for that. My order no is so[protected]. But till date i have not received. I have sent mail and called repeatedly to club factory and everytime the are telling its in custom clearance. Courier tracking is also not properly showing where the item is.

My order No. SO[protected]. I have paid already money since 1 month Ago but my order is not yet come to me, it has on customer clearance. Give my Order In today Date. Either give me money back
