[Resolved] Club Factory — product not received but show delivered | |||
I ordered jbl t110 bluetooth headset on 25 october, whose show deleverd on 1 november 6:45, but am not received this product and am cnfirm that my family member no one received this product, whose complain i did in club factory · so he said that the problem will be solved in 2-3 working days·. After that again complain club factory customer care and he checking details nd saying your complian has been sent forward once the problem is not solved, then am complained again that he said the order is received by lokesh chandrakar, but am not received this product. And also confirm by my family member no one received this order, · when am not received an order, he gave the order to whom, and gave it to someone without my signature, and · they say that i was a signature before taking the product, but i did not make my any signature then order how do believe this. I had already pay the money online, plz registered my complain against club factory and e com delivery company and punish them and refund my money Order no so[protected] and Complain number #639546 Was this information helpful? | |||
