[Resolved] Club Factory — product not returning and asking customer to return | |||
Dear sir, I ahmed, would like to inform you that i recently ordered a saree for my mom. After seeing the product, my mom is not satisfied. I called the customer care of club factory to return the money and take the product back, however the clubfactory guys are asking us to courier the product from our end which is not fair at all. I request you to take strict action against them and refund our money back. This is really a pathetic and worst service which i have seen from this company. You can only file return application from the APP and courier it back by yourself. Sorry again.
