Hi this is in regards to the product ordered on 20th sept'18. Order code-SO48777197. I have ordered for the very first time from club factory with savings for someone as gift. I tried to track the same by provided shipping company- Gati, but it's of no use. I am unable to track, payment has been already done, but such kind of service and response from a company on first purchase is not expected.
