[Resolved] Club Factory — product quality is too bad to use even a single time

My order number is so25429963. I have ordered 5 products out of which 2 products can not be used even a single time and they will not cost even 10 rs for which they have charged approx 150 rupees. Rest of the product are ok type but does not worth the cost. I want to return them. For which they are asking 90 rs per package if they arrange courier facility to pick up. My question is why we need to pay any single rupee if we are not getting anything? Cf should arrange pickup facilty free of cost Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
