I returned a product bought from club factory.They refunded my money to club factory balance . But they did not transfered the balance from the app to my bank account after wthdrawing the balance . Its the 15 th day and I did not get my refund .

I have ordered an men's trendy casual printed hoodies and I have received my order on 26/11/2018 and I found it defective as the lower of the set is not properly stitched.

I dont know how to contact club factory, I think club factory is doing scam with all the consumer, So i strictly recommend not do any shopping with club factory
